Please understand that we do not value antiques, artwork, jewelry, furnishings, etc.

As for pricing, our prices reflect all of the quality, experience, and professionalism that our clients have always enjoyed. As USPAP (National Appraisals rules) restricts appraisers from pricing via appraised values, our fee schedule is flexible and based on the complexity of the assignment. (Please call for a quote)

Developing a new value basis after the passing of a spouse / parent

Please note: Although a property may be in a Trust, it still must be appraised to establish the IRS Step-up ‘Event’ value as of Date of Death (DoD).
